Job Description

This is an exciting position within Ennismore’s growing portfolio of all-inclusive brands and will play a key role in launching two new brands with refreshed brand identities to the market in 2026.

Digital Marketing Manager based in Cancun, who can blend performance marketing expertise with brand storytelling to strengthen our visibility, drive direct bookings, and deepen guest engagement.

This role is a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance. Leading digital campaigns, managing agency partners, optimizing acquisition channels, and bringing the brand to life through compelling content, CRM, and local activations.

Park Royal is a beloved vacation name in Mexico, and this role presents an opportunity to build on that success while evolving the brand to carve out a unique position in a popular all-inclusive market.

Rixos is a successful brand already established across the Middle East and Europe, and this is an important milestone in the brand’s global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Lead the planning and execution of local and global digital acquisition campaigns to support commercial targets.
  • Oversee the performance marketing agency in managing day-to-day activities (SEM,SEO, CRM, Paid Social, Metasearch, Display).
  • Manage and optimize the hotel website and booking platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders’ teams to develop and execute retention and email marketing strategies, including database segmentation and automation.
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance across channels, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Identify and implement cross-channel optimization to improve ROI, reach, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure implementation of best practices across all digital platforms (paid media, website, CRM, email).

Content

  • Ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging across all content and communication channels.
  • Work closely with F&B, Rooms, and Events teams to align marketing with on-property experience and business goals.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver effective digital, creative, and campaign assets.
  • Manage the local marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and strong return on investment.
  • Maintain and update digital marketing materials, content databases, and media libraries.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within the hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM platforms
  • Solid knowledge of performance marketing, including PPC, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Affiliates, and Conversion Optimization.
  • Experience in working with and managing agencies and creative partners.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
