Reporting Line : Creative Lead
Job Description
-Plans and executes all aspects of digital marketing, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Providing creative online marketing concepts to all EFGC Brands and EFG Page for promote company brands
- Managing marketing through digitalization that promote a companys band, products, and services.
- Plan and manage our social media platforms ( Facebook,Telegram, Instragram, Tik Tok, Website)
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Familiar with digital marketing & social media management such as online posting ( Facebook, websites, YouTube, mobile Marketing, Search Engine Optimization etc.)
- Proven Facebook working experience such as Pages management, LIVE stream, messenger
- Knowledge of understanding analytic tools such as google analytics
- Implement online marketing promotions and strategics to increase monthly sales target.
- Maintain key relations with media, digital and PR agencies, external media partners
- Other duties assigned by senior management
- Coordination, planning, task prioritization and resource allocation
- Intercounty and cross brands best practice sharing and adoption
- Team coaching and development
- Constantly raising our digital standards of execution by analyzing data and customer feedback, creatively trialing new ideas and developments to ensure we stay ahead of our competitors
Job Requirement
-Bachelors degree in marketing, management, or related fields
-At least 4-5 years experience in Marketing, Social Media or related fields
-Strong ability creative content planning, writing and process management
-Ability to lead or develop sale team capacities and problem‐solving skills very effectively
-Have a good communication, interpersonal skill, influencing skills, hardworking, and honesty
-Good knowledge of computer applications MS office, Internet, Email & Outlook
-Be able to work under pressure, tight timeline, strong Interpersonal skill
-Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
-Love to challenge and having sense of urgency
