We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who brings strategic thinking, creative vision, and data-driven execution to strengthen brand presence, drive demand, and support overall business growth.

You are innovative, analytical, and results-oriented—someone who understands how effective digital marketing directly impacts brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.

  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), display advertising, email marketing, and content platforms.

  • Oversee website performance, content updates, and user experience to ensure consistency with brand standards and conversion goals.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Manage social media presence, content calendars, and online reputation across relevant platforms.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective digital initiatives.

  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strong ROI.

  • Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness.

  • Support sales and revenue teams through lead generation, promotions, and performance-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role (hospitality industry experience is an advantage).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads).

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, paid media, social media management, and content marketing.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.

  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and ethical standards.
