Position Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for providing strategic direction for the Digital Marketing team and for developing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across all customer-facing digital channels. Including overseeing the digital and print design.

Essential Duties:

• Create, develop, and recommend strategies for new media and digital marketing teams.
• Plan and assist with creative growth strategies for all websites, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, mobile apps, live streams, and display advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate online marketing campaigns on all social and digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Roku, Google, and Websites) for AWM.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals for ROI and KPIs to achieve sustainable growth.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
• Manage multiple projects and supervise collaboration between departments.
• Liaison with third-party agencies and vendors for smooth implementation of strategies, to acquire content, and enforce deadlines.
• Establish, maintain, and boost online brand recognition.
• Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Expert-level knowledge of mass e-mail delivery and tracking, SEO/SEM, social media channels, and e-commerce.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Smartsheet, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, or other media editing software.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Advanced understanding of Internet regulations, standards, and updates.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Able to create/recommend digital content, blogs, podcasts, etc.
• Able to manage content strategists and digital storytelling teams independently.
• Able to coordinate with ministry stakeholders and manage complex projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Must sign the Statement of Faith.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Charis Bible College graduate preferred.
• Understanding of Andrew Wommack Ministries and its audience is required.
• Must pass all required checks.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory management experience or leading a team.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
