Qualco Technology is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional to plan, execute, and measure campaigns that drive real sales pipeline growth within a fast-moving B2B fintech environment. You'll have the chance to make an immediate impact and work with modern martech and AI tools from day one.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can jump in immediately, take ownership of ongoing work, and keep momentum going. You'll work closely with a small team responsible for multi-channel campaigns focused on lead generation and sales pipeline growth, and demand gen reporting, coordinating with Sales, Product, and external partners along the way.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel campaigns (paid social, paid search, etc.) focused on lead generation and pipeline growth;
• Take over existing campaigns, tools, and processes;
• Manage HubSpot: campaigns, automations, and reporting;
• Work with Sales CRM platforms and align marketing/sales workflows;
• Track demand gen reporting and pipeline metrics, and report on results;
• Use ABM tools (e.g. Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for targeted outreach and campaigns;
• Integrate AI tools (e.g. Claude) into daily workflows to support productivity;
• Coordinate daily with Sales, Product, and external partners;
• Guide or coordinate other team members on campaign execution;
• Train Sales team members on HubSpot and other lead gen systems and tools;
• Manage stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product functions;
• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, ideally within a B2B/tech environment;
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (campaigns, automation, reporting);
• Experience working with Sales CRM platforms and aligning marketing/sales workflows;
• Proven track record running digital advertising campaigns (paid social, paid search, etc.);
• Solid understanding of demand generation reporting and pipeline metrics;
• Familiarity with ABM tools (e.g., Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar);
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude to support marketing workflows and productivity;
• Experience coordinating with or guiding other team members on campaign execution;
• A hands-on, doer attitude with excellent communication skills both with your team and with cross-functional partners;
• Strong organisational skills, ability to plan and execute multiple campaigns at once;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across marketing, sales, and product functions;
• Ability to quickly understand existing campaigns, tools, and processes and take over with minimal disruption;
• Comfortable operating with autonomy and making decisions independently.
