Job Description

• Manage and schedule weekly social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. • Write and publish weekly SEO-optimized blogs on Squarespace. • Create graphics and short-form content using Canva. • Manage the weekly YouTube video, including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, captions, and basic editing. • Repurpose video content into social posts, short clips, blogs, and emails. • Manage GoHighLevel email marketing, including automations, workflows, nurture sequences, intake campaigns, forms, tags, lists, and pipelines. • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaigns, audiences, keywords, budgets, creatives, and conversion tracking. • Manage and update the Squarespace website, landing pages, forms, and general content. • Perform SEO, including on-page optimization and monitoring search performance. • Maintain GA4 and Google Tag Manager for accurate conversion and lead-source tracking. • Track and report lead volume, lead sources, cost per lead, ad spend, and campaign performance. • Prepare recommendations based on marketing and lead-generation data. • Research relevant industry/business awards and assist with applications. • Plan and launch marketing campaigns around the January, May, and September intakes.
