Job Description
The Digital Marketing Lead roleis responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and intent to purchase. The role requires hands-on expertise in digital campaigns, content marketing, social media, analytics, and performance optimization across various online platforms.
Key accountabilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies in cooperation with Brand/Marketing Managers to support business objectives.
- Plan and oversee online campaigns across multiple Media channels, including Video (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, WebTV), Influencer, Native / Digital PR and display advertising in cooperation with Brand/Marketing Managers.
- Work closely with creative, media, and Marketing teams to align deliverables, implement social media strategies and drive digital growth initiatives.
- Oversee content creation and distribution to ensure brand consistency and engagement across digital platforms.
- Understand and analyze key performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage corporate websites and its performance, ensuring optimal user experience through UX/UI best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure innovative marketing approaches.
Requirements
- Min 4 years of experience in digital marketing through either a brand or an agency role, with a strong focus on strategy and execution
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and various digital channels
- Experience with content marketing and growth strategies
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Creativity and problem-solving mindset to drive innovative marketing strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
