SUMMER 2026 INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Centric Brands is excited to invite the next generation of creative, curious, and collaborative individuals to join us for the Summer 2026 Internship Program.

Our internship program is designed to immerse undergraduate and recently graduated participants in the business and culture of Centric Brands to help develop a strong cross-functional foundation. Our program pairs interns with mentors who are experts in their field for one-on-one learning and professional development. Interns will also work with cross-functional teams to analyze and present strategies and recommendations to real business focuses for Centric Brands. We are very interested and invested in the knowledge and unique talents you bring as an individual. Your ideas and energy directly contribute to the success of Centric Brands.

Interns accepted into our SUMMER 2026 paid ten (10) week program will:

  • Work closely with our brands and businesses,
  • Collaborate on innovative team projects,
  • Attend business focused, brand focused and career focused learning sessions, and
  • Participate in our philanthropic and culture initiatives – including our Centric Cares programs and Employee Resource Groups

Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Digital Marketing Internship Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Intern to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social and paid search campaigns across our portfolio of premium fashion brands:

  • Hervé Léger
  • Hudson Jeans
  • Joe’s Jeans
  • Favorite Daughter

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and fashion, eager to learn performance marketing fundamentals, and excited to gain hands‑on experience with best‑in‑class ad platforms.

Paid Social Campaign Support

  • Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization across:
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Pinterest
    • Snap
    • TikTok
  • Prepare audience lists, ad copy, and creative specs
  • Assist with trafficking ads and QA
  • Pull daily/weekly performance reports
  • Help analyze performance trends and recommend optimization ideas

Paid Search Campaign Support

  • Support search marketing efforts across:
  • Google Ads
  • Microsoft (Bing) Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and expansion
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Gather competitive insights
  • Assist with bid adjustments and search query optimization

CrossFunctional Support

  • Coordinate with Creative, Ecommerce, Marketing and Merchandising teams on campaign needs
  • Maintain campaign calendars and update internal documents
  • Assist with ad asset organization and file management
  • Support weekly performance recap prep for leadership

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Must be a college undergraduate Rising Senior or Recent Graduate (during Summer 2026) to be eligible to participate
  • Ability to work in LA for the full 10-week program from early-June to mid-August
  • Demonstrated interest in the fashion industry through B.A./B.S. Degree program, prior internship experiences, course selections, or extracurricular activities
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented, meticulous and creative
  • Creativity, innovative, technical capability and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products and PC or Mac computers

Pay Rate: $21/hour
