
Interactive Strategies is looking for a smart, ambitious college student or recent grad to join our team this summer. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to launch a future career in digital marketing and learn what agency life is really like on the inside. If you’re looking for a slow-paced, mindless internship that doesn’t require much more than showing up and zoning out, this isn’t for you. Instead, we promise to provide real opportunities for you to learn new things from our senior staff, attend client meetings, and create actual client deliverables.
The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, and passionate about a career in digital marketing. You should be able to follow instructions, work quickly and efficiently, and be a team player. You will gain broad experience in various aspects of working within an interactive agency.
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll be integral to our team's operations, working closely with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager to handle a diverse array of tasks including, but not limited to:
Requirements
Interactive Strategies is looking for an undergraduate student or recent graduate in the Washington DC area who is majoring or graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of Web, Social Media and Microsoft Office. Writing samples are not required but would be a plus. Must be able to work at least 2 days/week at a minimum of 16 hours/week.
Compensation - Hourly: $17.95/hr
