You will create and execute all visual materials for the hotel, ranging from print to digital, while aligning with Corporate Brand Standards and Restaurant Identity guidelines. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’re not just designing and executing artworks – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting and executing the resort’s digital marketing and social media initiatives to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and direct revenue across multiple digital channels. This role serves as the resort’s digital content champion, ensuring our online presence – from the website to social media channels – consistently reflects the Conrad brand voice and showcases the unique experiences of our twin-island resort. Working with the entire Marketing and Communications team, the Digital Marketing Executive will coordinate digital campaigns, create engaging content, manage online communities, and monitor performance analytics. The role requires a creative yet analytical mindset, a passion for hospitality storytelling, a mind for data, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury resort environment.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Creative Concepting: Develop compelling, visually engaging designs that elevate the hotel’s brand and guest experience, aligning with the marketing goals.
- Content Production: Create digital and print assets for social media, websites, signage, and promotional materials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals adhere to corporate brand standards and restaurant identity guidelines.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing, events, and other departments to integrate creative elements into hotel initiatives.
- Project & Quality Management: Oversee multiple design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and creative excellence.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends and apply insights to keep creative output fresh and competitive.
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Digital
- Assist the department in the planning, development and execution of the Commercial Plan, particularly in the realm of digital marketing, including social media, paid advertising, tracking and analysis
- Assist the department in the creation, curation and management of digital content (written, photos and video)
- Assist the department in driving online traffic to our owned online channels through digital marketing campaigns
- Gather, analyze and report intelligence on market trends and opportunities
- Maintain the resort’s owned channels, including brand.com, microsite, and apps and coordinate enhancements to the content, design and layout
- Conduct regular audits to ensure all owned channels are optimized for high quality custom images, content and links
- Regularly audit content, images, and star ratings on OTAs and Meta Search sites
- Maintain the image library and ensure that all online photo and video content, written content, promotions, advertising and other resort materials are in keeping with Conrad guidelines and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
- Be an advocate for the company with positive and accurate communications in social channels such as partnerships with bloggers and influencers
- Assists in influencer marketing, including vetting requests, assessing proposals, and handling the influencers and content creators during their stay, and coordinating deliverables.
- Assist in developing, executing, managing and analyzing social media and digital marketing campaigns to support audience outreach and marketing goals for the resort
- Manage the social media calendar and create content through photo and video shoots
- Manage and execute effective ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube
- Manage the resort’s social media channels and manage its online community

- Assist in the development of collateral for marketing campaigns
Social Media
- Assist in developing, executing, managing and analyzing social media and digital marketing campaigns to support audience outreach and marketing goals for the resort
- Manage the social media calendar and create content through photo and video shoots
- Manage and execute effective ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube
- Manage the resort’s social media channels and manage its online community
Graphic Design
- Assist the department in designing and developing collateral for the resort (e.g. brochures, flyers, newsletter, etc.)
- Assist in the development of collateral for marketing campaigns
- Assist in the development of collateral for other departments

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and/or data analytics role.
- Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is an advantage.
- Passionate about the marketing and digital world, is a self-starter and fast learner.
- Possesses a creative mindset for fresh ideas to achieve our digital marketing goals through campaigns, content and data-driven actions. Eagerness to experiment with new digital trends in a way that suits that resort’s image. Ability to think outside the box while still adhering to brand guidelines.
- Excellent project and time management skills. Capable of managing multiple projects (e.g., photo shoots, promotional campaigns, reports, daily posts) while adhering to deadlines. Highly organized in maintaining content calendars, asset libraries, and documentation of activities.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc) and their analytics dashboards. Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for websites, especially WordPress, and basic HTML editing.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and experience using Google Analytics to interpret site traffic and user behavior. Ability to generate reports from Google Analytics is required. GA4 Certification is an advantage.
- Exposure to pay-per-click advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Basic graphic design skills required. Ability to use Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva to create social posts or edit images.
- Proven ability to create or coordinate compelling digital content, with skills in photography, especially mobile, and video editing on Adobe Premiere, CapCut and Canva.
- Should be comfortable taking photos/videos with professional gear or high-end smartphones, particularly Apple, and doing intermediate editing for online use.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to craft engaging social media captions, blog-style content, and error-free copy with the appropriate tone of voice.
- Confident in interaction with international guests and influencer partners in person. Collaborative and able to work cross-departmentally. Positive attitude, flexible, and receptive to feedback and new ideas.
- University education preferred.
- Knowledge in a second language (Spanish, German, Russian, Japanese, Arabic, Korean, Chinese) is an advantage
- Willingness to live and work full-time on a remote island resort, adapting to the unique lifestyle and work environment that comes with it. Able to handle the challenges of working in a tropical climate and 24/7 service business, including occasionally working odd hours to cover special events or live social media moments.
