As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with top management to identify target audiences and create engaging content for various digital platforms.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and techniques, as well as experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create buyer personas

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• Experience with marketing automation software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
