Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities:
A. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media content calendars.
Manage and grow Our Clients' social media platforms.
Monitor trends in digital marketing within the agro-feed industry.
Support digital advertising campaigns across social media channels.
Track and report digital marketing performance metrics.
B. Content Development
Create engaging marketing content including:
Product promotion posts
Farmer education content
Feeding tips and livestock management insights
Promotional campaign materials
Work with internal teams to obtain technical product information for content development.
Respond to customer inquiries across social media platforms.
Support online customer service and lead generation activities.
Build relationships with farmers, distributors, and agro-dealers through digital platforms.
Escalate customer concerns to relevant departments where necessary.
D. Campaign Support
Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate digital marketing activities with sales and customer experience teams.
Assist in planning marketing events and field activations.
E. Reporting & Analytics
Monitor social media performance and customer engagement metrics.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
Provide insights on customer preferences and digital trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Technical Skills
Social media management tools.
Content creation and basic graphic design.
Digital advertising platforms.
Data analytics and reporting.
Knowledge of agricultural or feed industry marketing is an advantage.
