Location:

Salary Range:
- $3,500 - $5,000

Benefits:
- 5-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month
- 2% medical pay per month
- Yearly salary increment

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement effective marketing plans and campaigns to drive business goals through both offline and online marketing activities.
- Manage social media accounts and website, including writing copy for both online and offline marketing collaterals.
- Monitor the progress of campaigns and participate in all marketing-related activities across the team, providing support to other departments as needed.
- Demonstrate experience in leading and managing paid ads, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Manage display advertising campaigns such as Facebook and Google Ads.
- Provide support on administrative matters.

Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in digital marketing or related fields.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Experience in digital marketing and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Strong communication and written abilities.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and social media ads is preferred.
