Job Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing and implementing the annual marketing plan, ensuring all campaigns and events are effectively promoted.
• Digital & Social Media: Manage our social media presence from content creation and calendar planning to running targeted ad campaigns.
• Event Management: Plan and execute exciting customer and community events, from conception to post-event lead follow-up.
• Marketing Communications: Develop compelling marketing materials and ensure all communications adhere to the global BMW brand identity.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Source vendors, manage the marketing budget, and handle administrative processes to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
• CRM & Showroom Excellence: Work with the CRM team on retention strategies and collaborate to maintain a premium, on-brand showroom environment.
• PR & Media Relations: Build relationships with media, influencers, and KOLs, coordinating activities like press test rides.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum a degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
• At 1-3 years proven experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury or automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
