The Role: Digital Marketing Data Analyst
This is a critical analytical role supporting digital marketing efforts with actionable insights. You'll collect, interpret, and report on digital performance data, helping shape marketing strategies and business decisions. Your work will directly influence campaign optimization, visibility, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or digital marketing
Design and maintain professional reports and dashboards
Compile and present regular reports on paid digital campaigns
Analyze data from Google Ads, Analytics, and other platforms
Identify trends, patterns, and predictive insights
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign performance
Maintain and update internal data systems and spreadsheets
Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with digital partners to optimize online presence
Assist in identifying new opportunities through data insights
About You
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects
Clear communicator and collaborative team player
Bonus: experience in project management
