Job Description

The Creative Coordinator at Logical Media Group plays a central role in managing and optimizing the creative project lifecycle—from ticket intake to delivery and performance reporting. This role goes beyond coordination: we’re looking for a proactive problem-solver and systems thinker who will innovate and implement cutting-edge efficiencies within Asana and the broader creative workflow.

Working cross-functionally with Creative, Performance, and Account teams, this individual ensures clarity, momentum, and alignment across projects. They’ll also lead efforts to streamline tools, automate repeatable processes, and elevate the operational quality of the creative function.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Creative Project Management & Workflow Innovation

  • Serve as the Asana expert and owner, continuously optimizing its structure, automations, and usage for creative workflows.

  • Build and refine Asana templates, tags, dependencies, and dashboards to drive team efficiency.

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in creative operations and propose solutions.

  • Lead the creative task intake process, ensuring clarity, completeness, and timely assignments.

  • Track and manage creative deliverables across all phases—briefing, development, revisions, and delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Creative, Performance, and Account teams to ensure shared visibility and alignment across deliverables.

  • Support the Creative Director in prioritizing tasks and allocating resources based on capacity and urgency.

  • Facilitate clear and timely communication of status, changes, blockers, and handoffs.

Creative Quality & Delivery

  • Review deliverables for completeness, alignment to brief, and readiness before final delivery.

  • Maintain organized documentation of feedback cycles, asset versions, and delivery timelines.

  • Manage and optimize asset libraries, version control, and internal archives.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain creative performance dashboards or tracking systems within Asana or other platforms.

  • Deliver post-mortem reports with insights on timelines, resource usage, revision cycles, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist with A/B testing coordination and tracking when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or operations role (agency experience preferred).

  • Advanced knowledge of Asana, including custom fields, reporting, automations, and workflow design.

  • Strong process-driven mindset with a passion for efficiency, organization, and innovation.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Collaborative and proactive team player with a desire to elevate the team’s operations and output.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and implementing project management systems for creative teams.
  • Familiarity with creative tools and terminology (e.g. design specs, copy briefs, asset delivery).
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and their creative requirements.
