  You will drive and manage our digital marketing strategy that has increased our brand awareness, revenue and launched new products and expanded Quality Garden Supplies across Australia.

  You will provide regular reports across all channels and advise on the marketing budget based on the performance.

  You will create and run our paid adverts on Meta and Google
• 
  You will write high converting copy for ads and videos
• 
  You will create and manage eDM campaigns in conjunction with the sales objectives

  You will coordinate and execute photography and video shoot production for content management
• 
  You will be able to work in different parts of the business to support sales and revenue targets

Requirements

• 
  Diploma, Certificate or Degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, business or of similar nature
• 
  Demonstrated at least 2 years experience in a similar Digital Marketing role, preferably in e-Commerce
• 
  Demonstrated experience in design, video & photography skills
• 
  Knowledge of Marketing tools such as Klavyio WordPress, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, You Tube, Tik Tok and Pinterest a distinct advantage
• 
  Demonstrated skills in content creation
• 
  Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with staff and customers to connect, inspire and educate
• 
  An ability to work autonomously and as a member of the team;
• 
  Experience in a small business environment is desirable
• 
  2+ years of work experience with Facebook Ads Manager
• 
  1+ years of experience in Marketing
