The Role: The JN Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across the Group. The role has primary responsibility for social media, digital advertising and email marketing, while using campaign data and audience insights to improve digital performance. What you’ll do Develop digital media plans, social media strategies and content calendars aligned with business and campaign objectives. Plan and coordinate paid digital advertising campaigns, including audiences, channels, budgets and timelines. Develop email marketing content and communication schedules. Develop social media concepts, messaging, copy and creative briefs, and coordinate content through to publication. Monitor and manage assigned social media platforms and digital campaigns. Track campaign performance across social media, digital advertising, email and relevant website channels. Analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, click-through rates and conversions, and turn findings into actionable recommendations. Work with internal teams, creative resources, agencies and other partners to deliver campaigns on time. What you’ll need Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Communications or a related discipline. 2–3 years’ relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, digital advertising, content strategy or a related area. Experience developing and executing social media and digital advertising campaigns. Experience with content planning, campaign messaging, creative briefs and email marketing. Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms, social media management tools and analytics tools, including Google Analytics. Strong analytical, written communication and copywriting skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders. Experience working with creative teams, content producers, agencies or external partners is an advantage. Success in this role looks like Campaign and content plans are delivered within agreed timelines. Approved digital and email content is delivered accurately and on schedule. Digital campaigns are actively monitored and optimized based on performance. Monthly performance reports are accurate, timely and include actionable recommendations. Social media content is published consistently and remains aligned with approved brand standards. Campaign expenditure and performance trackers are maintained accurately. On February 1, 2017, The Jamaica National Group, a powerful, Jamaican mutually-owned global business, became a reality and the country’s third largest commercial bank, JN Bank, was launched.
Following the re-submission of the Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS) application for a commercial banking license in November 2013 to the Bank of Jamaica (BOJ), the application was approved by the BOJ in February 2015. The country’s third largest financial institution at the time, the Society commenced the process to convert the building society into a commercial bank and to restructure the JN Group.
The JN Group has been restructured to ensure compliance with the new Banking Services Act. The reorganisation of the JN Group involved the establishment of the JN Financial Group, a financial holding company, which will own the new JN Bank and all other companies in the JN Group that offer financial services.

The Creative Unit (TCU)
Total Credit Services Limited (TCS)
Both the JN Financial Group and the MCS Group and the entities under their control will be under the direct control of The Jamaica National Group. All members’ rights under mutuality will be transferred to The Jamaica National Group and JN Bank account holders will automatically become a member of The Jamaica National Group.
