THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a part-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and help bring our digital customer experience to life.

Based in our brand-new Collins Square office in Docklands, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging digital campaigns across email, website, CRM and social media. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and agency partners, you'll ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, digital platforms are maintained, and every customer touchpoint reflects the Simonds brand.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and loves seeing campaigns come to life.

In this role, you'll:

• Build and deploy email campaigns, landing pages and digital journeys using HubSpot.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across website, CRM, social media and paid channels.
• Maintain and optimise our website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and SEO-friendly.
• Support our social media presence across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Coordinate campaign assets, agency deliverables and project timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Conduct quality assurance across digital assets to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Embrace AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency and campaign performance.

WHO YOU ARE

You're a digitally savvy marketing coordinator who loves bringing campaigns to life. You enjoy juggling multiple projects, have exceptional attention to detail and are passionate about delivering outstanding digital experiences.

You'll bring:

• At least 3 years' experience in a digital marketing or campaign coordination role.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, ideally HubSpot.
• Experience managing website content through a CMS.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, CRM and website content.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and emerging digital technologies.
• Experience with digital design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO and marketing automation is advantageous but not essential.
