The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing effective digital campaigns through an assigned channel to enhance the organization's online presence. The role is focused on communicating fitness as a meaningful career and the role canfitpro plays in empowering healthier lives through fitness, creating positive, lasting impact among target audiences. Collaborating with various departments, developing on brand copy, managing digital campaign calendars, and utilizing data analysis to optimize performance are integral to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Creation & Campaign Execution
(Copywriting, Content development, brand alignment, and campaign delivery)

Purpose of Communication: Marketing Campaign updates and sharing of creative assets

Purpose of Communication: Information gathering and sharing of marketing insights
Minimum Required: College or University Degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Advertising, ora related field
Certifications in digital marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Work Experience
Minimum Required: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications
Hands-on experience executing social media and/or email marketing campaigns
Experience creating content (copywriting) for digital channels
Preferred: Experience managing or supporting paid digital campaigns (social and/or email)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Compensation:
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $49,000. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $49,000 - $61,000 determined by performance and time in the position.
