Job Description
Help Drive Digital Marketing That Supports Real Business Growth
At OpenCorp, we’ve spent nearly 20 years helping everyday Australians build wealth through the right strategy, the right advice and the right support.
Now we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help bring that mission to life across our digital channels.
This is not a role for someone who just wants to post content and tick tasks off a list.
It’s for someone who can coordinate moving parts, keep campaigns on track, support digital execution across multiple channels and make sure the detail is done properly.
If you are organised, proactive and enjoy the mix of campaigns, content, reporting and digital coordination, this could be a brilliant fit.
Why This Role Exists
Good digital marketing is not just about ideas.
It’s about execution, accuracy and momentum.
It’s about making sure campaigns launch on time, emails are tested, landing pages are live, content is captured properly and reporting gives the team clear visibility on what is working.
That’s where you come in.
As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the coordination, execution and optimisation of OpenCorp’s digital marketing activity across owned, paid and earned channels.
Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll work closely with the wider marketing team, including our Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Assistant and Marketing Coordinator.
What you’ll actually do
- Coordinate digital campaign activity across email, website, landing pages, social media, webinars, video and other digital channels.
- Support campaign planning, scheduling, approvals, testing, reporting and workflow management.

- Coordinate campaign assets, copy requirements, briefs and production deliverables with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Upload, update and maintain website content, landing pages, forms, images, videos and campaign assets.
- Support website testing, quality assurance and troubleshooting across desktop and mobile.
- Apply basic SEO best practice across website and landing page content.
- Build and coordinate eDM campaigns, newsletters, nurture emails, event communications and follow-up sequences.
- Support audience segmentation, workflow coordination, A/B testing and email performance tracking.
- Assist with content capture for videos, webinars, interviews, internal updates and event-related content.
- Coordinate the scheduling and publishing of approved social and digital content.
- Prepare reports across campaigns, website performance, email marketing, social media, lead generation and digital activity.
- Track key metrics, identify trends and support optimisation opportunities.
- Assist with event promotion, digital communications, registration workflows and occasional on-site or after-hours marketing support where needed.
- Check campaign materials, emails, landing pages and content for accuracy, brand consistency and quality before they go live
