The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist will play a key role in bringing these principles to life by transforming business direction, brand identity, and strategic priorities into clear communication, impactful content, and effective digital initiatives that truly make a difference.
What you’ll do:
Content & communication
create content for social media, website, newsletters, presentations, and othermarketing materials
write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy
adapt content to different formats, audiences, and communication objectives
edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and relevance
turn complex or business-focused information into accessible and engaging communication
turn document content into clear, user-friendly, and visually appealing materials that are easy to understand
Business alignment & collaboration
understand the company’s business, services, products, strategic priorities, and target audiences
work closely with leadership to translate business direction into marketing messages and communication initiatives
identify relevant topics, business updates, and internal expertise that can be turned into meaningful content
collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and turn ideas into effective communication materials
support the development of presentations, internal communication materials, and management messages when needed
Digital execution & brand consistency
create or adapt visual materials for digital communication, such as social media assets, banners, presentations, and branded materials
support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives and communication campaigns
contribute to the quality and consistency of the company’s presence across digital channels
ensure consistency across all communication materials in terms of message, tone of voice, and visual identity
review and update existing communication materials to keep them aligned with current business priorities
monitor content relevance and effectiveness and propose improvements when needed
stay up to date with marketing trends, content formats, and digital tools that support the company’s visibility and communication goals
What you bring:
experience in marketing, content, communication, or digital marketing
solid understanding of marketing, digital communication, and brand principles
strong writing and editing skills
ability to understand business priorities and turn them into relevant communication
experience in creating content for multiple channels
good understanding of visual communication and basic design principles
hands-on experience with content and design tools (eg. Adobe suite, Figma, Canva, PowerPoint)
proactive mindset, attention to detail, and sense of ownership
ability to work closely with leadership and collaborate across teams
