Digital Marketing & Content Manager

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary: $100,000–$110,000/year, based on experience

Position Summary

The Company is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Manager to execute its day-to-day digital marketing and content activities. This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys creating content, managing digital channels, and taking projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Company’s social media accounts, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content.
• Produce, edit, and publish podcasts and related audio/video content.
• Create and edit short-form and long-form videos.
• Manage the Company’s email newsletter, including content, formatting, and distribution.
• Develop graphics, digital content, and other marketing materials.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Track engagement and performance across digital channels.
• Support additional marketing and communications needs as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant digital marketing, content, or communications experience.
• Hands-on experience with social media, video/audio editing, email marketing, and content creation.
• Proficiency with relevant marketing, creative, and content-management software and platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Ability to independently execute projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Portfolio or examples of previous digital, social, podcast, or video work preferred.
