YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a data-driven marketer who thrives on optimisation, performance tracking, and measurable impact? We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to support and execute performance-led marketing initiatives across paid media, ABM, digital events, and website optimisation. This role is ideal for someone analytical, commercially minded, and eager to develop expertise in growth marketing within a fast-paced B2B environment.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Specialist to deliver measurable marketing outcomes, with a strong focus on performance, optimisation, and commercial impact.

Paid Media

  • Execute and optimise paid campaigns across key platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google)
  • Monitor performance, manage budgets, and implement data-led improvements
  • Produce performance reports and dashboards

ABM & Targeted Campaigns

  • Support execution of ABM and targeted campaigns
  • Coordinate cross-team activity
  • Track KPIs and recommend optimisation actions

Webinars & Sponsorship Performance

  • Support planning and optimisation of webinars and sponsored digital events
  • Define objectives, audiences, and success metrics
  • Optimise promotion and registration journeys
  • Track performance and provide insights to improve future activity

Website & Conversion Optimisation

  • Implement website updates and optimisation initiatives
  • Analyse user behaviour to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support SEO/AEO and visibility enhancements
  • Contribute to testing and experimentation initiatives

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance across website, ABM and paid channels
  • Maintain dashboards and reports
  • Analyse SEO/AEO performance
  • Translate data into actionable insights to inform decision-making

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Google) and delivering measurable impact
  • Technical Skills: Experience with website optimisation, analytics, and reporting tools; confident using performance dashboards and data-driven insights to inform decision-making; and practical experience managing and leveraging CRM systems, including HubSpot.
  • Marketing Skills: Understanding of performance marketing, optimisation, and lead generation principles; experience with ABM or targeted B2B marketing is desirable; ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Soft Skills: Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a hands-on, expert-led approach; comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor without line management responsibility; confident influencing stakeholders through expertise and insight
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native level)
