Are you a strategic digital marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and customer experience? Join ZimVie in a high-impact role based in South Florida, supporting a hybrid work environment out of our Palm Beach Gardens office.
As the Digital Marketing Associate Director, you will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of ZimVie’s global digital marketing ecosystem. You’ll shape how customers engage with our brand across websites, eCommerce platforms, and marketing automation systems while driving measurable business growth.
• Lead the global digital marketing ecosystem across websites, eCommerce, CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation (HubSpot)
• Drive digital governance standards including campaign workflows, tagging, naming conventions, and launch processes
• Oversee website strategy and execution across AEM platforms for corporate and regional experiences
• Increase adoption of eCommerce and customer self-service platforms
• Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards across GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Sales Operations, and Customer Service
• Manage digital vendors, budgets, and project timelines
• 6–8+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations, or related fields
• Strong experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation workflows
• Experience with CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital customer experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience with digital performance measurement
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives
This is a hybrid role based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Candidates should reside in or be willing to commute from the South Florida tri-county area (Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade counties).
