Job Description

General Summary:

The US CF Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as Associate Director, US Digital Marketing. This team member will be responsible for maintaining a disciplined approach to customer engagement by helping scale omnichannel initiatives. This role will also serve as a digital subject matter expert in partnering with the CF Marketing team members to ensure we have the internal and external support needed for successful strategic planning, execution, data gathering, and insights generation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in digital channel/platform selection, emerging customer engagement models, and data-privacy and regulatory requirements to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies consistently and in alignment with compliance standards.
  • Ensure consistent coordination of media plan strategy, development, approvals and launch-specific performance readouts across the CF Portfolio
  • Partner with internal and agency vendors in developing and maintaining analytical dashboards to consistently monitor performance of our various channels (media, web, email, print, CRM) and manage issue resolution
  • Translate complex analytics and data into actionable insights that can be shared with stakeholders and leadership teams. Responsible for establishing a data feedback loop for all personal and non-personal promotional initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities and make recommendations on various channels and tactics that will enhance the customer experience.
  • Partner closely with US CF Strategic Operations lead to support with the development and maintenance of various resources and projects supporting the Sales team
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional technology partners including Data, Technology & Engineering (DTE) and Commercial Insights & Analytics (IACO) to ensure initiatives are supported and tailored to business/brand needs and objectives.
  • Lead coordination of digital tactic discussions and reviews with the Communications Review Committee (CRC), OBIE, Privacy, and Digital Customer Engagement.
  • Lead all US CF Privacy efforts, representing CF in Privacy Operating model and Privacy Consent working groups, alongside being responsible for coordination of review and approval of media plans and website tracking

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years combined experience in one or more of the following: pharmaceutical marketing, digital marketing, data science, business intelligence, healthcare advertising.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related technical discipline.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with brand teams, technology, digital strategy, field teams, legal, and privacy.
  • Understanding of digital tactics such as web, social, Veeva CRM, media, and evolving customer engagement models
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Advance experience in MS Office.
  • Experience with commercial pharma software including Veeva CRM, Vault PromoMats.
  • Experience in rare or chronic disease preferred.
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI

This is a hybrid/on-site role based in Boston, MA (3 days onsite, 2 days flexible for remote weekly).

Pay Range:

$162,800 - $244,200

Disclosure Statement:

The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
