Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and maintaining social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Support content creation tasks, such as writing engaging captions and developing basic creatives.
- Schedule and publish posts, while actively engaging with online audiences to increase engagement and enhance brand presence.
- Contribute to both paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Learn and assist with SEO initiatives, Google Ads campaigns, and performance analytics.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, hashtags, and monitor competitor activities to inform campaign strategy.
- Assist in reporting and tracking the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Google Ads (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
- A Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) is an advantage.
