Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Vertical, and CRM to align digital campaign objectives with overall business targets and Blue Bird Group's brand strategy. Ensure campaign briefs, messaging, and execution are aligned with corporate guidelines and performance KPISs
• Organic Growth Channel Owneship: Oversee UX/UI Improvements on Website, Drive SEO and App Store Optimization strategy including keyword planning, content roadmap development, technical coordination with external stakeholders
• Performance Marketing : Develop and oversee Paid media strategy across digital platforms (Social Media Ads, SEM, Display, etc), Including budget planning, Ad copy creation, A/B testing content, and performance optimization.
• Media Buying: Manage and evaluate external agencies to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and achievement of agreed KPIs
• Monitor, analysis, and present campaign performance insights to internal stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendation to improve acquisition, retention, and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be minimum in Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing
• Proven experience managing paid media budgets and overseeing multichannel digital campaigns (Social Media Ads, SEM, Display, etc) with clear KPI Ownership (STR, CVR, CPA, ROAS)
• Strong hands-on experience with analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Google search console, Attribution platforms, QuickSight, etc) with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proven experience managing website performance to drive organic growth traffic & deep understanding of SEO and App Store Optimization
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with high ownership mindset and accountability for performance result
• Experience managing external agencies and evaluating performance delivery is a strong advantage
