Digital Marketing Assistant

Location: Office-based in Epping Industrial, Cape Town, Western Cape
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R20,000 to R30,000 per month

Established in 2006, we have grown steadily and now employ a diverse team of nearly 300 people. As we continue to expand in 2025, we are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to take ownership of various digital marketing projects and reporting tasks. This is an opportunity to work as part of a dynamic, collaborative, and international marketing team, supporting both internal departments and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
• Set up new digital marketing campaigns
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Analyze data to improve client visibility and campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with design and communication teams on projects
• Generate performance reports and provide insights to management
• Assist with creating presentations and conducting web research/benchmarking
• Provide support to other departments as needed
• Produce high-quality copywriting for marketing materials

What Were Looking For

We need a candidate who is meticulous, organized, and highly proficient in data management and reporting. Advanced Excel skills are essential. While a background in digital marketing is beneficial, this role does not require you to be a digital marketing specialist. We're looking for someone who can handle data and performance reporting with precision.
