Our client is a small, US-based digital marketing agency that helps businesses enhance their online presence, branding, and lead generation. They work with clients across various industries, delivering tailored digital marketing solutions that drive engagement, conversions, and long-term growth

About the role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to create PPC Ad campaigns, work on online directories like Google Business listings, manage website editing, and perform simple builds of landing pages and additional pages for our client’s diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical marketer with experience in WordPress, Paid ads and content creation, Social Ad Campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc,) and Google Ads.

Experience working in digital marketing agencies is a plus.

This role requires a full-time commitment and active participation in a virtual office. This is not a freelance position with flexible hours and deliverables

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating and managing Google Search and Display Campaigns, including retargeting.
• Creating and managing PPC Social Media Ad Campaigns, esp Meta, YouTube and TikTok.
• Conducting and authoring digital audits to identify growth opportunities and refine client strategies.
• Performing basic edits and builds on WordPress, Wix, and Shopify platforms.
• Managing Google Business Listings and Yelp to ensure accuracy and conversion optimization.
• Assisting the supervisor with essential account management tasks and special projects as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing services.
• Proficiency in Canva for design and video editing capabilities.
• Experience building and managing Google, Meta, and other social Ad Campaigns.
• Basic understanding of WordPress, Wix, and various social media scheduling tools.
• Advanced English grammar and the ability to author professional blogs and press releases.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a significant plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Hard workers who like working as a team and on their own; we do both!

Position: Digital Marketing Assistant

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Latin America

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm CST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 900 - 1000
