
Baptist Health is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team in Louisville, KY!
The position calls for someone self-motivated and self-aware who can manage multiple digital marketing-related tasks and work streams on deadline, including developing digital strategy, tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, handling lead generation, analyzing marketing and web metrics and other key marketing initiatives that integrate into the Baptist
Health CMS and CRM. The position also includes supporting the leadership team and client service team with online research, providing inbound strategy recommendations and other activities as needed. To be successful as a digital marketing analyst, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies. A top-notch digital marketing analyst should also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 5 plus years combined experience in website analytics, which includes the ability to navigate, identify and report on key findings and create actionable items from the platform. Build and plan multivariant (a/b) testing plans and monitor until statistical significance is identified.
7 plus years of experience in lieu of degree.
