Job Description

abra professional services is seeking for an experienced System Analyst.

We are looking for a skilled System Analyst to lead end-to-end analysis processes for digital platforms and customer-facing products, with a strong focus on mobile and large-scale digital environments.

This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with APIs and SQL, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation teams.

A full-time hybrid position, based in Central Israel (minimum 4 days onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead functional and technical system analysis for digital products and platforms
  • Write detailed specification documents including business logic, workflows, UI, and data structures
  • Define and analyze APIs and integrations between front-end digital systems and core platforms
  • Work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams throughout the development lifecycle
  • Write user stories and participate in Agile/Scrum planning processes
  • Perform SQL queries and data analysis for troubleshooting and user behavior insights

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst in large-scale B2C organizations
  • 4+ years of experience writing business and technical specification documents
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing and designing UX/UI for digital products with large user bases
  • 2+ years of experience working with APIs and web services
  • 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and analyzing databases
  • Experience in mobile-oriented digital environments – mandatory
  • Native-level Hebrew communication skills
