- Lead the standardization of PTC Creo CAM across all Weatherford manufacturing locations.
- Develop and maintain common machining templates, tool libraries, holder libraries, machine definitions, post-processors, and machining strategies.
- Establish CAM governance including NC program naming conventions, revision control, approval workflows, and release processes.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain Model-Based Definition (MBD) and Product Manufacturing Information (PMI) standards.
- Ensure inclusion of GD&T, tolerances, dimensions, datums, material specifications, heat treatment requirements, weld symbols, surface finish requirements, inspection characteristics, and manufacturing notes within 3D models.
- Align MBD and PMI practices with ASME Y14.5, ASME Y14.41, and applicable ISO standards.
- Drive digital thread implementation linking MBD, EBOM, MBOM, CAM, manufacturing execution, and quality processes.
- Lead deployment of automation, robotics, machine vision, AI-assisted inspection, and RFID-based inventory and WIP tracking systems.
- Integrate automation requirements into New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology transfer activities.
- Develop scalable automation architectures and deployment standards for global implementation.
- Use Baroda as the pilot location for validating digital manufacturing technologies and standards.
- Develop and maintain Baroda Digital Manufacturing Standards, governance models, templates, and replication playbooks.
- Coordinate implementation and rollout of proven solutions across global manufacturing facilities.
- Support plant teams remotely and onsite during deployment activities.
- Monitor adoption, standardization, and digital maturity across all manufacturing locations.
- Translate MBOM structures into Oracle Fusion Product Information Management (PIM) item structures.
- Configure work definitions, routings, work centers, resources, labor allocations, equipment assignments, and manufacturing master data within Oracle Fusion.
- Lead Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation and revision control activities.
- Ensure data integrity across ERP, PLM, manufacturing, and quality systems.
- Ensure compliance with API Q1, ISO 9001, HSE requirements, product traceability standards, and corporate governance requirements.
- Validate digital and automation solutions against machine safety, cybersecurity, and operational requirements.
- Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSA/JHA) prior to production implementation.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation activities.
- Develop business cases and ROI justifications for digital manufacturing and automation investments.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting systems.
- Track and improve productivity, cycle time, throughput, labor efficiency, COPQ, scrap, rework, and on-time delivery performance.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, RD&E, Sourcing, Operations, and Digital/IT functions.
- Develop training materials, knowledge repositories, and global best-practice documentation.
- Train engineers, programmers, and plant personnel on CAM, MBOM, MBD, and digital manufacturing standards.
- Champion digital manufacturing adoption and standardization across the organization's global manufacturing network.
