The Digital Learning Intern is responsible for creating, maintaining, and making available to employees the training content necessary for the development of production activities.
As a creative force within the team, you will be an active contributor in helping employees cultivate their business and technical skills through engaging, modern, and high-impact learning experiences.
We are looking for a dynamic intern joining our team from June/July for 6 months.
Content Updates: Ensure training courses are updated according to news, innovations, and changes.
Instructional Design & Creativity: Collaborate in the construction of focused, relevant, and didactic training courses, using creative storytelling and modern design.
Internal Content Project Management: Lead the end-to-end creation of internal content projects, from gathering requirements with experts to final delivery.
Gamification: Integrate gamification mechanics (badges, points, interactive challenges) into learning paths to boost engagement and retention.
LMS Administration: Management of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Data Analysis: Analysis of production/training data to improve tools, training content, etc.
Support: Other tasks may be required to support business needs.
Language: Native level in French (the language of the managed market).
English: A good level of English is a plus.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and propose innovative formats (video, podcasts, interactive modules).
Project Management: Organized and capable of managing multiple content projects simultaneously.
Digital Tools: Excellent skills in using digital tools (Office Suite, graphic creation tools, video creation tools).
Evolve in an international and inclusive environment: everyone has a place at papernest, and with more than 46 different nationalities, it's not uncommon here to start a sentence in English and finish it en français o en español ¡
