Digital Learning & Development Coordinator

35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. The Digital Learning & Development Coordinator will support the effective operation of the firm's global Digital L&D function. The role will coordinate team operations and learning and development programs while supporting the functional administration, adoption and continuous improvement of Workday Learning, including the learning and development experience powered by Sana, and the wider digital learning and development ecosystem.
Working closely with colleagues across HLC Lead & Learn, HR systems, technology teams, program owners and external providers, the role will help ensure that learning and development programs, content, enrolments, communications, learner records, reporting and support processes operate accurately and consistently.
This is an opportunity for a highly organised and digitally confident individual to help shape a modern, data-informed and user-focused learning service.
