Combining strong instructional design capability with technical expertise, you are confident creating engaging digital content using contemporary learning technologies and multimedia tools.
You are naturally curious, stay up to date with emerging learning trends and technologies, and enjoy exploring innovative approaches to improve learner engagement and learning outcomes. Whether designing interactive eLearning, developing digital assets or leveraging AI-enabled tools, you are focused on creating high-quality learning experiences that make a genuine impact.
Highly organised and collaborative, you are comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, usability and continuous improvement.
About the role
Reporting to the Manager – Learning, Development & Capability, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality and engaging digital learning solutions within the SuccessFactors LMS to support capability development across Babcock Australasia reducing reliance on external providers. This role combines instructional design, digital content development and learning technology expertise to deliver scalable, accessible and cost-effective internal learning experiences.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will play a key role in modernising learning delivery, increasing access to learning and supporting the ongoing uplift of workforce capability through innovative learner-centric solutions.
