We’re searching for a Digital Intern o join our team in our Gainesville office. This intern will gain hands-on experience working with the firm’s data to deliver actionable insights that inform business strategies, optimize processes, and provide data-driven solutions. This role will collaborate on projects to gain insight into integrations and data reporting while learning to design and implement digital solutions, ensuring the presentation of effective and robust real-time data through visualization tools. Please note this is a part-time internship, and students will be required to report to our Gainesville office location on days they are scheduled. A minimum of 20hrs a week commitment is required.

Internship Details:

  • Offered: Spring1/16/2026
  • Internship End Date: 3/26/2026
  • Duration: 10 weeks (students may be asked to voluntarily extend their commitment should business needs arise)
  • Part-time: 20hrs a week, and students must be available to intern a minimum of 4 hours on days scheduled.

What you will do in this internship:

  • Develop and automate reports using visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support data validation, cleansing, and integration efforts across diverse enterprise systems for cross-functional departments.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover insights related to performance metrics, financial trends, and project Key KPIs.
  • Attend client discovery calls to gather key information and assist in developing proof-of-concept solutions for client data challenges.
  • Design and build dashboards and visualizations to communicate key business insights to internal business units.
  • Assist in mapping legacy features to AWS-based platforms, perform QA testing and bug logging, and contribute to onboarding documentation and test development under guidance.
  • Develop and document generative AI applications, benchmark tools for educational use, and develop internal GPT-powered assistants.
  • Collaboration with team members to create internal documentation templates, organize them in a searchable knowledge base, and formalize knowledge into standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend automation or optimization solutions, such as RPA, scripting, and process redesign.
  • Participate in the testing and deployment of workflow automation tools.
  • Conduct market research on industry and technology trends, summarize key insights from whitepapers and conferences, and help maintain a tech radar of emerging tools and innovations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Working toward a Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or similar fields.
  • Good understanding of data modeling, databases, and visualization.
  • Aptitude for learning and understanding technology platforms and various technical software.
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, ethics, and a positive attitude.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency driving results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fundamental knowledge of the following coding: SQL, Python, or C#.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the following technologies: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, APIs, and cross-platform development.
  • Prior experience with internships in data analytics.
  • Prior experience in a professional services organization.
