Position Title: Digital and Influencer Marketing Intern

Location: Madrid, Spain

Reports to: Chema Martin

Scope / Brands: Global Marketing

THE ROLE

  • Support in the implementation of communication plans for the brands within the portfolio.
  • Operational coordination with PR, social media, and influencer agencies.
  • Management and follow-up of product shipments to press, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Support in the organization of brand events, product launches, and special activations.
  • Monitoring of publications, media coverage, and campaign results.
  • Preparation of reports and analysis of communication and influencer marketing KPIs.
  • Support in the creation and adaptation of communication materials.
  • Administrative coordination: budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Education, and Sales teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Student in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in communications, influencer marketing, social media, and the beauty industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of English proficiency.
