Accountabilities:
- Global HR Process Design: Architect, standardize, and continuously improve global HR processes in line with enterprise strategy, ensuring they scale across regions while remaining simple to adopt and audit.
- Policy and Standards Governance: Create, maintain, and embed policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and controls that align with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Technology Enablement: Partner with HRIT and GBS to ensure processes are accurately translated into robust digital solutions, enhancing automation, data quality, and user experience.
- Data Quality and Controls: Monitor processed and reported HR data against global standards; identify anomalies and deviations; implement corrective actions that strengthen integrity and trust in HR data.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collect, structure, and prioritize feedback from CoE Leads, HRBPs, regional teams, and leadership; convert insights into process enhancements and training that drive adoption.
- Lean Optimization: Integrate Lean methodology to remove waste, simplify workflows, and improve cycle time and cost across the employee lifecycle.
- Employee Experience Focus: Design processes that are intuitive and inclusive; proactively gather employee feedback to identify difficulties and embed improvements that enhance experience.
- Process Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain process maps, procedures, knowledge assets, and training to ensure clarity, consistency, and ease of onboarding.
- Performance Metrics and ROI: Set KPIs and SLAs aligned with stakeholder expectations; track performance, quality, timeliness, and cost to evidence return on investment and inform data-driven decisions.
- Risk and Compliance Management: Oversee adherence to process standards; mitigate risks related to privacy, security, and records; ensure governance aligns with statutory and internal requirements.
- Change Leadership and Adoption: Lead change management for new or improved processes, managing communications and training to drive sustained adoption and value realization.
- Global Alignment and Scalability: Continually evaluate and adapt processes to evolving business needs across multiple countries; ensure solutions are resilient, compliant, and fit for future growth.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Process Design and Implementation: Developing and implementing standardized HR processes and procedures using Lean methodology (or equivalent) across the global organization to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Governance and Compliance: Responsible for ensuring that HR processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements in all relevant authorities, as well as internal policies and standards. Compliance includes the responsibility of Privacy, Records of Processing Activities (ROPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance, Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), Technology Impact Assessment (TIA) etc.
- Continuous Improvement: Finding opportunities to streamline processes to enhance the overall efficiency and employee experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Change Management: Driving change management efforts related to HR process changes, including communication, training, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR processes and regularly monitoring and reporting on their performance to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with HR processes, such as data privacy and security risks. Document Management: Ensuring that HR process documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories are maintained and kept up to date.

- Global Perspective: Experience in working with diverse and global teams, understanding cultural nuances, and aligning HR processes to cater to a diverse workforce.
- Change Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function and across the organization.
- Digital HR Expertise: Knowledge of innovative digital HR trends, technologies, and best practices, and the ability to apply them to enhance HR processes and employee experiences.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of HR regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that all HR processes and technology solutions adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Effective Communication: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders and build consensus around process improvements.
- Data Privacy and Security: Knowledge of data privacy laws and guidelines for ensuring the security and integrity of HR data within digital HR systems and processes.
