Three Peaks International is seeking a Digital Growth & AI Specialist to drive our online growth through SEO, website management, digital marketing, analytics, and AI-powered automation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, data, and emerging technologies to improve business performance across marketing, recruitment, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company website
• Improve SEO, website rankings, and organic traffic
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Execute digital marketing campaigns and support employer branding initiatives
• Build AI-powered workflows and identify automation opportunities
• Create effective AI prompts and help improve productivity across the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or SEO
• Proven SEO success with measurable results (portfolio or case studies preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot
• Experience creating effective AI prompts and using AI to improve workflows
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make.com, or Microsoft Power Automate is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience working with Australian or international clients is highly regarded
• Passion for AI, innovation, and continuous improvement

• Reliable laptop/desktop (with at least one backup device)
• Noise-cancelling headset (for interviews and meetings)
