You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the given solutions.

How you will contribute

You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy, plan, measure, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives, and serve as a consultant on issues and resolutions. You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. You are responsible for ensuring that Finance IBS projects are successfully delivered on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness to go live; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes.

How you will contribute

  • Support the solution and associated interfaces between SAP, legacy systems, and other emerging technologies to drive the resolutions related to Product Costing and COPA

  • Lead consultation with key business stakeholders to strategize and roadmap the transition and transformation in SAP as it relates to Product Costing and COPA

  • Modernize finance processes by providing relevant, agile & innovative solutions using the latest techniques & tools

  • Learn current technology trends influencing finance processes, causing digital disruption in the CPG industry

  • Collaborate with partners to identify best practices & help our business understand & adopt current technology to achieve operational efficiencies

  • Add business value by helping clients improve their ability to drive business outcomes by using intelligent automation through data analytics tools

  • Deliver digital finance initiatives and ensure they are scaled globally in a consistent and efficient way

  • Partner with solution architects & serve as a trusted digital technology advisor to the global finance community

  • Provide system expertise and project leadership to deliver global business requirements

  • Support Global Finance Solution Owners in future-state road mapping activities and actively contribute to technical innovation activities within Finance

  • Partner with Finance Business Tower leads, Regional Business Engagement leads, and key business stakeholders to understand ongoing business requirements and be able to translate them into functional and technical design documents

  • Provide functional subject matter expertise to project teams in order to support the end to end project lifecycle, including blueprint, build, integration testing, implementation, and hyper care support.

  • Ensure support of financial reporting and month-end close-related activities

  • Coordinate with project teams consisting of business analysts and specialists from other functions to provide integration support with Finance processes

  • Analyze issues and engage technical support teams as and when necessary

  • Develop a clear understanding of the current finance system landscape and be able to define the future roadmap

  • Act as a liaison between functional business groups and Technology teams

What you will bring

  • Min 5 years of experience in SAP Finance, specifically with experience in Product Costing and COPA

  • Deep understanding of finance, product costing, and COPA business processes

  • Experience of using data analytics tools like Tableau, Alteryx & Power B

Functional competency:

  • Basic knowledge of Finance processes

  • Good knowledge of leading large projects

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Strong focus on Cost, Schedule, and Quality of Project delivery

The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer attractive benefits.

Education / Certifications:

  • University degree, preferably in IT and/or Finance

  • Proven English language proficiency.
