Job Description

Arm is looking for a Digital Experience Strategist to join our Marketing AI Experiences team, helping shape how customers and developers discover, understand and build with Arm technology across our digital estate.

You will own the end-to-end digital experience for Arm’s Physical AI business, spanning automotive and robotics, as well as the digital experience and feature roadmap for the Arm Developer Program (ADP). You will also lead the digital experience for Arm Create, our developer event series, and manage key activation experiences across our websites.

This is not a traditional web management role. You will connect business priorities, product launches and developer needs into cohesive journeys across arm.com, developer.arm.com, and other Arm digital experiences, using data, experimentation and AI to continuously improve them.

You will join a small team with clear areas of ownership across Cloud AI, Edge AI and Physical AI. You will be supported by colleagues leading the wider arm.com and developer.arm.com experience strategies, and by the Marketing AI Experiences lead across overall strategy, data, prioritization and AI transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end digital experience for Physical AI, acting as the primary digital partner for stakeholders across automotive, robotics, product, software and developer teams.
• Translate Physical AI product, software and developer priorities into a clear digital roadmap, including major product and developer launches.
• Map and improve cross-site journeys across arm.com and developer.arm.com, and relevant promotional experiences.
• Define digital requirements and develop or coordinate content that connects the needs of business decision-makers, developers and other technical audiences.
• Own the Arm Developer Program digital experience, including the personalized Dashboard UX, feature strategy and roadmap, personalization and overall performance.
• Partner closely with Developer Marketing to translate the wider ADP strategy into effective digital experiences.
• Act as Digital Lead for Arm Create, owning the digital plan, roadmap, milestones, stakeholder coordination and pre-, live- and post-event journeys.
• Own key digital activation surfaces, including homepage heroes, highlights, Trending Tech News and event pages, ensuring they are planned and managed effectively.
• Use data to understand performance, find opportunities and drive continuous improvement and experimentation across your areas.
• Maintain clear priorities, plans and dependencies in the team roadmap and Asana.
• Use AI, agents and automation to improve both our digital experiences and how efficiently we plan and deliver work.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in digital strategy, digital product management, web experience, digital marketing or a related field.
• Experience owning digital journeys or products from planning through delivery and optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Strong understanding of UX, customer journeys and digital content.
• Experience using data and analytics to inform decisions and improvements.
• Experience managing roadmaps, priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex or technical subjects.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and working with technical audiences.
• Experience supporting major product launches or technology events.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and output.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

• Experience working with developers or technical audiences.
• Experience in AI, automotive, robotics or embedded technologies.
• Experience managing a member’s program/experience and an online account experience.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, SEO/AEO, metadata or personalization.
