Job Description

Progressive Leasing is a leading provider of in-store and e-commerce lease-to-own solutions. With more than 20 years in FinTech, we’ve grown from start-up to industry leader by innovating, simplifying, and valuing people. We are a subsidiary of PROG Holdings (NYSE: PRG), a FinTech holding company with three business segments: Progressive Leasing, Purchasing Power (a leading employee purchase program for consumer products and services using payroll deduction), and Four, a Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) platform.

We are currently hiring a Digital Experience Producer to execute and maintain high-quality digital experiences across our website and mobile app. This role is responsible for bringing on-site experiences to life—translating business priorities, marketing campaigns, and customer demand into accurate, seamless, and high-performing digital pages and journeys that drive engagement, applications, and partner utilization across our marketplace.

Employee Value Proposition (EVP): PROG is dedicated to providing people with opportunity—opportunity for inclusive collaboration, opportunity for innovation, and opportunity for development.

WE ARE: A fast-growing, customer-focused Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) organization operating at the intersection of Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Engineering, and Analytics. We are passionate about delivering accurate, fast, and customer-friendly digital experiences that support growth, improve conversion, and strengthen partner utilization. Our teams value attention to detail, cross-functional partnership, and continuous improvement as we scale our digital ecosystem.

YOU ARE: A detail-oriented and hands-on digital producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy translating strategy into execution and take pride in delivering polished, high-quality site experiences. You are highly organized, quality-focused, and collaborative—comfortable working across teams to ensure site updates are accurate, timely, and aligned with both customer needs and business priorities.

Quality Assurance & Site Experience

  • Perform QA across all published content, including links, tracking, responsiveness, and functionality

  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain a high-quality, frictionless experience

  • Ensure consistency across pages, templates, and devices

Site Operations & Maintenance

  • Maintain site hygiene by removing outdated content, fixing broken links, and updating existing pages

  • Support publishing calendars, campaign launches, and urgent updates as needed

  • Contribute to improving CMS workflows, publishing processes, and execution standards

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner with Marketing to execute campaigns and content updates

  • Partner with Creative to ensure accurate implementation of assets

  • Collaborate with Web Merchandising to support product placement and landing page execution

  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering when updates intersect with platform capabilities

YOU’LL BRING

  • 2–5+ years of experience in web production, digital experience, or content operations

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar)

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in eCommerce, marketplace, or high-volume digital environments preferred

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and quality assurance skills
