About us
Brisbane City Council's Digital Channels and Applied AI team brings together specialists in digital strategy, customer and user experience, content, campaigns, multimedia, accessibility, analytics and reporting. We manage Council's corporate website, the Brisbane app and a wide range of customer-facing digital channels, ensuring residents, businesses and visitors can easily access information and services. Working collaboratively across Council, we provide expert advice and support, drive continuous improvement and innovation, and ensure our digital experiences align with customer needs, accessibility standards, security requirements and our trusted brand.
As part of the Strategic Communication and Engagement branch, you'll join a forward-thinking team focused on delivering exceptional digital experiences and using data-driven insights to improve how Brisbane connects with Council online.
About the Role
As the Digital Experience and Insights Analyst, you'll turn data into meaningful insights that help shape Council's digital strategy and customer experience.
You'll analyse customer and channel performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and create compelling narratives that support informed decision-making. Success in this role requires someone who can not only understand the data, but also communicate the story behind it and tailor insights to different audiences and priorities.
