The Digital Experience Analyst will play a critical role in improving the performance and usability of Minor Hotels’ global websites by leading data-driven optimization initiatives and experimentation programs.

The Digital Experience Analyst will lead the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and experimentation program across Minor Hotels’ global web platforms.

This role combines data analytics, experimentation design, UX thinking, and project leadership to continuously improve digital guest journeys, increase booking conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of business intelligence, product development, UX design, and technology, working closely with global teams in Bangkok, Madrid, and Brisbane.

This is a mid-level role with high growth potential, with career progression into CRO leadership, product design, and optimization across web, mobile apps, and emerging AI-driven channels.

Key Responsibilities

Conversion Rate Optimization & Experimentation

  • Lead Minor Hotels’ global experimentation program across websites and digital booking journeys.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion rates and digital engagement.
  • Manage a structured experimentation backlog aligned to revenue and experience improvement goals.
  • Analyze guest behavior across booking flows to identify friction points and opportunities.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Translate complex analytics into clear business insights.
  • Use data to influence stakeholders and drive evidence-based decisions across teams.
  • Reduce subjectivity in decision-making by establishing objective measurement frameworks.
  • Build dashboards and reporting to measure performance of experiments and UX initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Business Intelligence, Product Management, UX Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Work with global stakeholders across Bangkok, Madrid, and Brisbane to coordinate experimentation and digital improvements.
  • Ensure CRO initiatives align with broader product roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives.

Experimentation Execution

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of experimentation initiatives:
    • Hypothesis generation
    • Experiment design
    • Implementation coordination
    • Statistical analysis
    • Insight communication
  • Manage hundreds to thousands of experiments annually as the experimentation program scales.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate experimentation initiatives across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Prioritize high-impact initiatives aligned to commercial goals.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years experience in conversion rate optimization, digital analytics, experimentation, or digital product optimization
  • Proven experience executing A/B testing and experimentation programs
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence decisions
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, UX, and BI teams
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical & Analytical Skills

Preferred experience with:

  • Web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, AB Tasty)
  • Experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Sitecore, VWO, Adobe Target)
  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • UX research methodologies and design thinking principles
  • Statistical analysis and experiment interpretation

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in hospitality, travel, ecommerce, or booking-driven platforms is highly desirable, including:

  • Hotels or online travel agencies
  • Airlines or transportation platforms
  • Cruise or tour operators
  • Ticketing or reservation systems
