The Digital Experience Analyst will play a critical role in improving the performance and usability of Minor Hotels’ global websites by leading data-driven optimization initiatives and experimentation programs.
The Digital Experience Analyst will lead the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and experimentation program across Minor Hotels’ global web platforms.
This role combines data analytics, experimentation design, UX thinking, and project leadership to continuously improve digital guest journeys, increase booking conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of business intelligence, product development, UX design, and technology, working closely with global teams in Bangkok, Madrid, and Brisbane.
This is a mid-level role with high growth potential, with career progression into CRO leadership, product design, and optimization across web, mobile apps, and emerging AI-driven channels.
