Job Title:

Digital Excellence Integrated Finance Program ManagerThis role is responsible for driving the strategic transformation of end-to-end Finance business processes and IT infrastructure across the organization, including the deployment of an updated ERP.

This role is a key leader in Momentive's Digital Excellence team, driving strategic transformation of Momentive’s Finance processes and systems. As a key driver of our digital transformation, you will partner with global business and functional leaders to streamline operations, enhance system performance, and optimize reporting. The position focuses on standardization, simplification, and innovation while ensuring effective change management across the organization.

This position will play a critical role in Momentive’s digital transformation journey - leading cross-functional teams, cultivating strategic business partnerships, and ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide digital and business objectives. It will drive the continuous evolution of operational processes, enhance system efficiency, and optimize reporting frameworks. Additionally, this role will respond to business needs by promoting standardization, simplification and innovation, while guiding the organization through effective change management.

They will collaborate closely with the full Project Management Office - including global Business and global Functional leads and supporting SMEs – to super head the evolution and upgrade of Momentive IT infrastructure.

Please note that this role requires onsite presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end design, development and implementation efforts specific to Finance activities including general ledger, accounts payables/receivables, fixed assets, Tax, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, Controllership, Costing, FP&A, Business Finance (Commercial, Ops Finance, Supply Chain Finance), and Audit Coordination.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leaders to define goals, implementation roadmap, and success metrics aligned with broader business priorities.
  • Cross-functional Leadership drive change by fostering strong partnerships within Finance and across IT, supply chain, procurement, global trade compliance, manufacturing, and commercial teams to ensure a cohesive evolution of processes and successful adoption.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time and within-specification and budget delivery.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change by developing training, communication, and support strategies to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
  • Governance & Reporting: Establish program governance, monitor KPIs, and report progress to executive sponsors and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in a Finance leadership role
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale projects working with a multicultural team in different time zones
  • Critical thinking and strategic mindset
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Ability to resolve conflict
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading large-scale ERP implementation
  • Certifications in Lean and Six Sigma
  • Project Management certification

What We Offer:

Base Pay Range: $162,000 - $237,600

The actualsalary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
