As Digital Ethics Manager, you will implement and elevate our digital ethics strategy, ensuring we lead on legal, ethical, and technological standards. You will empower the business and IT functions to innovate securely, transform operations, and foster a strong digital ethics culture throughout Europe.

What will you be doing:

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Provide advice and practical guidance on data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, e-privacy, data governance, and trustworthy AI.
  • Lead and Drive Change: Oversee key projects, partner closely with IT and business leaders; drive standardization and maturity across Europe.
  • Shape the Culture: Develop and deliver impactful training, awareness campaigns, and best practices — championing a digital law-aware mindset.
  • Mitigate Risk: Proactively manage compliance, conduct privacy/AI risk assessments, implement risk management plans to protect the company and its reputation.
  • Enable Digital Transformation: Innovate and drive the adoption of cyber-legal tech tools and processes that make our company more efficient, compliant and secure.
  • Influence and Inspire: Build relationships, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and help shape policies that keep us compliant and competitive as we transform digitally.

What you will bring:

  • 3 years minimum of relevant experience in digital law, ideally in a multinational context
  • Advanced knowledge of digital laws - data protection, privacy, cybersecurity (e.g., NIS2, CRA), AI, etc, Up-to-date AI literacy.
  • University level degree or equal by experience in the field of legal and/or IT area
  • Certification (e.g., IAPP, CISM) is a strong plus
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, able to drive initiatives and inspire change
  • Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders across different departments
  • Fluent in English knowledge of French/Dutch/Spanish/Italian is considered as a plus
