Job Description

At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.

We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.

Join EY and help to build a better working world.

Are you ready to shape the future with confidence?

Whether you’re graduating soon, have recently graduated, or are starting out in your engineering career, you won’t just find opportunities here, you will help to shape them.

The opportunity: Kick-start your career in EY Digital Engineering

Consulting at EY goes beyond what many people traditionally associate with a Big 4 firm. As part of our Technology and AI Engineering team, you’ll work on complex business and technology challenges, designing, building and scaling modern solutions that help organisations grow, transform and adapt in a rapidly changing world.

At EY, your career in Digital Engineering starts with real impact from day one. You’ll have the opportunity to build a career as unique as you are, supported by EY’s global scale, inclusive culture and innovative AI-driven technology. From your first day, you’ll be encouraged to bring your ideas, curiosity and engineering mindset to help clients modernise platforms, unlock value from data and deliver intelligent, scalable solutions.

If you’re motivated, eager to learn and excited about building technology that matters, we’d love to hear from you.

What’s in it for you:

  • From day one, you’ll work on real client challenges not from the sidelines, but as part of the teams designing, building and delivering engineering outcomes.
  • You’ll contribute to digital platforms, applications, data solutions and AI-enabled products, seeing the impact of your work firsthand, faster than in many traditional career paths.
  • You’ll work across different industries, clients and projects, gaining exposure to software engineering, cloud platforms, customer technology, enterprise data, low-code solutions, AI engineering and intelligent automation.
  • You will build hands-on experience in how modern engineering teams design, develop, test and scale solutions in real business environments.
  • Supported by experienced teams and continuous learning, you’ll quickly develop the technical, engineering and consulting skills needed to help clients build modern, resilient and intelligent technology solutions.
  • You’ll combine real client work with structured development, building your technical and consulting skills across areas like software engineering, cloud, platforms, enterprise data, AI and automation.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise through specialised learning, certifications and hands-on project experience in your chosen area.
  • Our approach combines work and structured learning, including classroom sessions, online training and self‑study. Balancing study with project work can be challenging, but you’ll be supported throughout. You’ll learn alongside your cohort, building strong relationships, while experienced teams guide you at every step.
