Job Description Summary :

The DevOps / Digital Engineer plays a critical role in digital platform development, deployment, and post-implementation support. This role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing full-stack application solutions and automated data pipelines while ensuring robust CI/CD practices, system monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to support key business decisions and operational performance.

Job Description :

• Design, develop, and optimize automated data pipelines, data warehouses, and full-stack application solutions (web, backend, APIs, and mobile) alongside monitoring systems and reporting frameworks.
• Build scalable, secure system architectures integrating data engineering and application development (covering frontend, backend, and mobile layers) following sound data modeling, RESTful API design, and secure authentication flows.
• Support daily operations, including troubleshooting production issues, managing system integrations, and ensuring data and application performance monitoring frameworks remain effective and reliable.
• Explore and experiment with emerging technologies across data engineering, process automation, and application development, assessing risks before introducing them into production.
• Work closely with analysts and business stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, data-driven, and digitalized solutions that enhance decision-making and user experience.
• Lead end-to-end project execution—from strategy and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and monitoring—ensuring alignment with business goals and security standards.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control governance, and automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and release stability across data and application workflows.
• Engage with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data pipelines, applications, and digital solutions align with operational requirements and strategic objectives.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack application development (Web, Backend/APIs, and Mobile platforms).
• Proven experience in data engineering, including building and optimizing automated data pipelines and data warehousing structures.
• Strong proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and version control governance.
• Sound knowledge of system architecture design, data modeling, RESTful API design, and secure authentication practices.
• Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and production issue troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and manage end-to-end project execution.
• Placement in Jakarta.
