About the role
The Digital Engagement Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day performance, optimisation, and continuous improvement of digital automation tools within the contact centre. Each specialist may be assigned ownership of one or more digital assets such as a process automation, donor facing bots including chat and voice bots, internal quality and workforce planning bots, real-time knowledge bots, or automated self-service options, and is accountable for ensuring these tools deliver value to both customers and frontline teams.
This role works closely with team leaders, analysts, and technology partners to tune performance, generate insights, and support change initiatives that enhance digital engagement, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the customer experience.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid work model rotating between WFH our National Contact Centre in Adelaide. We are open to candidates from different locations within Australia.
